This quick release adds a Tags main page plus a Tags pulldown menu to the Cams pages.
The Tags page shows all tags with more than 25 online broadcasters, so it gradually changes over time...
The Tags pulldown, as shown on the main Cams pages, simply lists the top 20 tags.
