Chaturfier 4.14 - Reworked PUSH and improved lists nav

This update of Chaturfier mainly comprises two changes:

1. The PUSH notification code has been reworked a little bit. It may be necessary to reset your PUSH subscription. Users with a subscription will be emailed about this matter.
2. List navigation has been improved, by combining the different list pages in a submenu that is shown on all lists pages. Note that this submenu is only shown when you are logged in.

Some other fixes include:

• Fixed bug in Tags page, when CB goes down and no real-time tag-info is available.
• Fixed sorting lists with favorite models.

Expect more improvements to lists in the upcomming releases...
