In the past 14-15 hours (roughly midnight to 14pm UTC) you may have received double notifications in email and telegram. For some mysterious reason the Chaturfier app on the old hosting provider's servers seems to have revived itself and became operational again. So there were two Chaturfier apps running, both sending notifications. Twitter was failing on the old environment, so only email and telegram notifications were send double.
The old service is brought down and disabled in order to prevent it from ever reviving itself again.
Since this the notifications were sent from a Chaturfier duplicate, none of those double notifications count against your notification limits.
