The submenu that's shown on several pages can now slide horizontally, in case of small screens. This was becoming a requirement with the changes to the front page.
Previously, the submenu on the cam profile page would collapse into a dropdown menu, if it didn't fit. Now it just slides... Note that in the case of the cam profile page, the alert widget has been moved below the submenu for some extra space.
