This release fixes some minor things in the Telegram bot, mainly the /add and /remove commands now update existing alerts correctly. That is, when removing a Telegram alert, the alert will remain existing if any other channels happen to be enabled and it will be deleted if no other channels are active on it. Similarly for adding, if an alert already exists only the Telegram channel will be enabled and if the alert does not exist, it will be created. Previously these commands were exclusive to Telegram and ignored the existence of other channels.
Additionally some references to chaturfier.com within the Telegram bot have been updated.
